The Government of Portugal reported that on 18 June 2026 the health ministers attended the presentation of an agreement between the national health service (SNS) and Sword Health under which SNS doctors can prescribe remote physiotherapy programmes at no cost to patients. The FDA's registration and listing database lists Sword Health S.A. (Porto) and SWORD Health, Inc (Salt Lake City) with device listings under product code ISD (proprietary names Sword Thrive and Digital Therapist) and KXQ (Sword Bloom); openFDA holds no 510(k) record for a Sword applicant.
