Selling triage as infrastructure rather than as a consumer app changes what the product has to do. It has to be auditable, because the buyer carries the clinical risk; it has to be configurable, because a triage threshold appropriate to an insurer's call centre is not appropriate to an emergency department; and it has to work in many languages.
