Infermedica Triage API

The Triage API answers a structured clinical question (how urgently should this person be seen, and by whom) and returns it to whatever product asked. Patients meet it inside an insurer's app or a health service's call-centre script rather than as a destination of its own.

Selling triage as a component shifts what the product must prove. The buyer carries the clinical risk, so the reasoning has to be inspectable and the thresholds configurable: the urgency cut-off appropriate to a call centre is not the one appropriate to an emergency department front door.
