What it does

The clinician starts a recording at the beginning of a visit and talks to the patient normally. Afterwards the product presents a structured draft note (history, examination, assessment, plan) for the clinician to correct and sign.

The design question this product type has to answer is where review happens. A draft presented as finished invites rubber-stamping; a draft presented as raw output costs more time than it saves. The interface has to make the correction step feel light without making it feel optional.

An AI-drafted output (a clinical note, a radiology pre-read, a variant classification) is presented to a named clinician as a draft, with the means to check it against its source, before anything is filed, signed or acted on. The pattern is the review step itself: what is shown, what can be verified, and what the clinician has to do to accept it.
