Review platforms in healthcare carry a problem that restaurant review platforms do not: an unhappy outcome is not the same as poor care, and a clinician cannot answer publicly without breaching confidentiality. How, and how convincingly, a platform establishes that a reviewer was actually treated is what separates this from an open comment field, and it is a large part of what determines whether clinicians agree to be listed.
The company also offers providers a paid tool for collecting and managing that feedback, so its customers are the clinicians and clinics rather than the patients reading the reviews.
